1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Somnita, operated by ORGANTIS TEKNOLOJI ANONIM SIRKETI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access it through unauthorized means, disrupting its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions managed through RevenueCat and the applicable app store. Charges recur until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
4. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Somnita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Nothing here removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.
